I bought a used truck from South Fort and the day it got home the check engine light came on. they communicated well spent lots of time trying to solve the problem had the truck back three times no charge and diagnosed the problem with the entire repair covered. Not your typical car dealer dodge. I would recommend them as it never felt like they wouldn't help even though my internal voice was nervous they came through it with flying colors. Some times how they fix the problem is more important than the fact there was a problem.

Well i spent a week looking at shopping all dealers and models in the edmonton area. I made my purchase of a zr2 1500 from south fort because of their honest and straightforward way if doing business. Hands down my next vehicle will be purchased through them again!
From start to finish my experience with South Fort was excellent. I began contact with them on their website enquiring about a new Colorado and was contacted the next day by Randy in sales. We texted back and forth about the vehicle I was interested in and at no time did I feel he was being pushy. Purchased a 2025 Suburban last weekend from Zach and Garret, the customer service we received was some I have never experienced before with purchasing a vehicle. Brought my Equinox here to get an oil change rather than doing it ourselves since it’s been so cold and was pleasantly surprised! Staff is very friendly, comfortable waiting area, and the quick lube tech did an inspection on my vehicle, which was an added bonus!
Had my car go into limp mode, brought it in to service without an appointment (annoying customer move, I know but I was kind of panicking). I dealt with Jamie in service, and she said she would try her best to get it in the same day, but couldn’t promise anything. 6 hours later she called me to let me know she got it in, gave me a very detailed rundown of the issue, what needed to be done for repairs, and the cost. Randy and Nabil were great to deal with when we came in to buy a used truck. The offer on our trade in was very reasonable and fair. Went in to have a look at trucks. Texted back and forth with the salesman about what I was looking for and what they had. He was very friendly and helpful at first. Once I find something I liked, I started negotiating price and that's where they lost me. They tried to sneak in a 7 % finance rate when they knew I was expecting 0%. They started getting a bit pushy. I just went somewhere else.

Recently purchased my 2024 Traverse RS from them and it was the most painless experience I've ever had in regards to a dealership, from dealing with Breanne in finance over the phone (we live out of town), to picking it up from our salesman Konrad!

Had a great experience financing a vehicle here. Sean had the car warmed up and ready for a test drive, was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy going. He was patient and let me pick up my wife, bring her back and get us set up with Bree in the final paperwork. She was also super easy going, friendly, and helpful.
