Can not say enough about the personalities and the culture of this dealership - great people who literally do put the customer first. I will not mention names because I am sure the entire team is the same based on their culture. My experience - First off drove 2.5 hours to the dealership to meet my salesman, as luck would have it a couple arrived minutes before me to see him too, but no problem my sales person handed me off to the sales manager who was more than happy to assist me unfortunately I bothered him during his lunch - and he apologized for eating his lunch - absolutely no need to apologize but this reflects the great attitude of putting the customer first and how managers here lead by example. Another young salesman came by who was extremely knowledgeable on the car I was looking at and quite the conversationalist. The car was dusty and I asked if they could quickly wash it off and they pleasantly and quickly washed the car. We took for a quick little test drive and quickly ended back at the dealership. I requested all documentation they had on the vehicle and they answered every question and obtained every piece of documentation as requested.I asked for an “all in price” which they did and we cleanly agreed on a negotiated price - it was perfect no games just straight forward. One or two little bumps in the road, but all was professionally corrected. The entire transaction seemed to take less than an hour.I wanted to pay cash for the car there was a process challenge but the dealership team again looked beyond this and put the Customer First.
